Course Information

Unless otherwise stated, all Aberdeen based IWCF bookings are accepted on the basis that no charge will be made for cancellations, provided we are notified more than five (5) working days from the start of the course. Notification received after five (5) working days will be charged at full invoice value.

For all companies, payment of the course fee is due within 30 days of invoice date. Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. All self sponsored candidates must pay at the start of their course. Credit Cards and Debit Cards are currently not accepted. Accepted payment methods include: UK cheque, advanced bank transfer and cash (GBP).

Course fee includes: Registration, test papers and Certification, all training material, tea, coffee and a light lunch.

Certification Courses

Class sizes are restricted in order to be able to provide individual attention to the candidate.

Scheduled Upon Request Bespoke Courses

Historically, these courses have been developed for specific clients, either as part of their personnel development programmes or to cover specific operational situations.

The individual, bespoke courses can be built up by combining several scheduled courses into 3, 4, or 5-day programmes to suit particular needs.

General

All bespoke courses are offered on the basis of there being at least six (6) candidates. However, a minimum number will be dependent on location. Where this or other circumstances compel Caledonia to cancel a course, the liability of Caledonia shall be limited to the refund of any course fees already paid.

All courses can be run at external locations. Minimum number of attendees will apply. Cost on application.
All courses can be customised to meet specific client needs.

Hotel Accommodation

Our training co-ordinator can arrange your hotel. Any arrangements will be back-charged at cost plus a 15% administration fee.
